We are the 2000 St. Clair Shores Saints, which means that we were all born in the year 2000 and are Squirt A players. Our season goes from mid-July to mid-March. In that time, we will skate over 100 hours. We will practice hard and play about 60 games. Your support will make this possible.

Our coaches are teaching us how to work hard and how to play as a team. We are learning the value of practice and the challenge of competition. We are learning how to win with humility and lose with grace. We are learning that what matters most is trying our best and having fun.

Before every game we gather in a tight circle around the coach, and we repeat these values:

Pride . . . Keep your head up at all times

Poise . . . Self-control gentleman

Team . . . Above all else

This year we want to be the hardest working and best skating team in our division. We know that we can be if we set our minds to it and practice hard. But, most importantly, we know that we couldn’t do any of these things without you.
